Ingredients
- 2 cups Cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Pour the juice, sugar and water into a heavy based pot and let it come to a boil.
- Then, cool the mixture and pour it into a freezer-friendly tray and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Make sure to keep breaking the ice as it sets using a fork to get a better consistency, every 15-20 minutes.
Note : These granite shots can be made in any flavor according to your choice. Just change the juice accordingly.
