Double Chocochip cupcakes : Need I say anymore?
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 300 grams of dark chocolate compound
- Half a cup of chocochips
Method
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease cupcake tins. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave, then Stir in the sugar.
- Stir in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Melt the dark chocolate compound along with 2 tablespoons of the milk and then mix it in with the rest of the cake batter.
- Slowly mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until no lumps remain.
- Divide batter among cupcake tins and top them off with some chocochips.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool, then serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and enjoyy!
