Chocochip Cupcakes Recipe


Double Chocochip cupcakes : Need I say anymore?

Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 300 grams of dark chocolate compound
  • Half a cup of chocochips


Method
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease cupcake tins. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave, then Stir in the sugar.
  4. Stir in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate compound along with 2 tablespoons of the milk and then mix it in with the rest of the cake batter.
  6. Slowly mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until no lumps remain.
  7. Divide batter among cupcake tins and top them off with some chocochips.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool, then serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and enjoyy!
